@ 路加福音作者：路加的生平，目前所知有限。只知 '路加' 是個外邦人的名字、一位醫生。保羅在歌羅西書中也把他從 '奉割禮的人中' 分別出來 (西 4：11)，表明路加不是猶太人。相傳路加是敘利亞安提阿人。路加和馬可與保羅的關係很密切，保羅稱路加為 '親愛的醫生' (西 4：14)，也承認他是一位同工 (門 24 '與我同工的馬可、亞里達古、底馬、路加、也都問你安')。保羅是在往特羅亞途中遇到路加醫師的，或許當時保羅請路加醫病並委託其身體上的日常保健，故此路加就一直跟隨保羅往各處奔走了。保羅上訴往羅馬，路加也去 (徒 28：14)；保羅坐牢，路加仍陪伴在他左右 (西 4：10、門 23)。甚至到最後、保羅殉道前一刻，也只有路加，仍忠心的陪伴在保羅身旁 (提後 4：11)。我們對路加生平的了解，僅此而已。

二年多前，確信聽到從神而來的聲音告訴我：

第 88 條
意思表示之內容有錯誤，或表意人若知其事情即不為意思表示者，表意人得將其意思表示撤銷之。但以其錯誤或不知事情，非由表意人自己之過失者為限。
當事人之資格或物之性質，若交易上認為重要者，其錯誤，視為意思表示內容之錯誤。
第 89 條
