The following propensities and aptness of mine are perhaps the incentives for me to be regarded eligible for the next term Captain office:

1. I am a person of moderate temperament. I handle things imperturbably and take a firm hold on myself. Dashing through nowhere around will never be my case in point. I seldom took offense over other's unfriendly remarks, that is, I seldom lose my temper and bridle at them. I listen up carefully, speak out smoothly, and flare up slowly. I will not express myself forwardly until I have to or am told to. Rather I would know what others' viewpoints may be, and then I will think of my next move.

2. I am a believer in authorities. I am a person mainly by the book and trust my supervisors, who are learned and better-trained than the other clew. And I believe this is also the very reason that they are leaders to take over greater responsibilities. There is no reason for subordinates to be rampant and unruly but coming to terms with their leadership and expertise. Compliancy is indeed a merit of virtue for all of us as staff.

3. I am a good negotiator. I have been always capable of being reconciliating both parties and making both ends meet when the quarrels took place among my friends, family, and colleagues since long. I did observe and find out the causes each time in a dispute, and I do believe there is always a win-win situation no matter how little a chance of odds one side may own. A good negotiator needs insights to know the basic demand and intention to be claimed for, thus to understand how those claims coincide agains each other.

4. I am a loyal and ambitious soldier. Since I entered in National Immigrant Agency, I have totally been immerged in this lively and harmonious environment, where I am aware of the sound and manifold infrastructures my country has for her people established. I thus feel very honored to be one of them and proud to be bestowed adquate requirements and further oppurtunity to serve more people for this community, instead of just being in competence.

Last but not least, I'd like to thank my directors and teammates, who allowed me to run for the Captain this time that would be contributed to my appropriate characteristic, by which I consider myself to be qualified for this task benefitial and meaningful during my military service.
