1. take up aligned without distracting the square rotaion of central axis.
2. faithfully hold three-in-one clamming tight while taking up to ensure a straight left arm and downward right elbow yet both agile and hinging wrists, left passive, right dominant.
3. at down swing, do make sure that right heel owns the buck without ever leaving three-in-one a single moment behind.
4. cool pate, poised and still.
5. responding left hip and poking right arm with all your might when your left arm's already completed the task.
6. try your best to secure a coziest and balanced finish.
7. remember to keep modest when all your teammates look amazed and envious of your consistant, effortless, elegant, and undisputable ace!
