本研究希望針對曾雅妮成為世界第一及林書豪在NBA造成的林來瘋現象是否可以改變運動訊息閱聽人口結構，由於曾雅妮成為世界第一的高球天后為台灣高球帶起一個新的高潮，其中帶動了高球比賽的舉辦、高球比賽的轉播和廣告效益，運動為媒體帶來不可限量的商機，媒體蓬勃了運動的發展，兩者之間這種共榮共枯的相依關係，雖然使得運動成為娛樂工業中極具影響力的一環，卻也讓大眾傳播媒體直接或間接干預現代運動的成長與發展，例如運動競賽規則、賽程的改變等是運動被市場規律所控制的顯現。
而運動訊息的閱聽人口特性為男性，而年齡愈高或教育程度愈低、勞動階層、家庭主婦及退休人員者，接觸運動訊息的頻率隨之降低。想以本研究來分析是否可以因為曾雅妮成為世界第一而改變運動訊息閱聽人口結構。
將會以內容分析法以及民意問卷調查法作為本研究的研究方法，來調查是否有女性閱聽人從曾雅妮登上世界球后後，開始主動關心運動訊息。而原本就會關注相關運動訊息的閱聽人，是否會更加有主動關心運動訊息的慾望。
研究最後將成果拍成記錄片，一個屬於台灣之光耀眼全球的世界球后──曾雅妮及有著台灣人血統的NBA球星林書豪的紀錄片！
【譯文】
The thesis in this seminar is to delve into the probability to dominate the base group structures of viewers or fans of sportlish evants in terms of the phenomenal sensation of Yani Tseng's top WGR and the recent overwhelming popularity of Linsanity, which resulted from the sheer and objective observations on the general environment given rise to the abnormal concerns to the golf sport earlier in Taiwan, in which potential commercial profits as well as televised media viewership by organizing international professional golf games only with domestic sources seem to be proven optimistically doable for economical konkurrenz.
However, the side effect with such craze for sport jounalism have inevitably come forth to be accused of being losing tracks of neutral report on game rules, evant organization mechanism, or getting involved to profit-oriented marketing intervention.
Further studies are to be put into priority in the thesis on the alternation of primary desire to watch sport games influenced by media, and the relationships between educational levels, labour levels, along with housewives and retired groups to the willingness of watching sport games, which would possibly be altered thanks to the recent emerging of native players stardom onto the international stages where male viewers have long been making the call since before, still on the tendency of the change of basic male viewer structure for female by means of effective surveys recommended which would not be over-subjectively evaluated.
The whole procedure and outputs of this research will be dubbed in form of documentaries, in honor of Yani Tseng and Jeremy Lin, a sincere dedication to the pride legacies of native Taiwanese and their supporters!
