People err, but that is not the question. It is problematic if people can't explain how they made a mistake and why it just happened over and over again. That's really bothering, isn't it? Such rigorous provoking can occur way to often on golf courses and driving ranges, and you can hear sobbing and gnashing all over the Whistling Straits.
I am without exception, either, by which two stinking golf disasters keep haunting me over the last five years. At last, endlich, I probably find the way to exorcise them by exercising golf fundamentals with Chris. Now I would like to share the details of the 'golf incantation' with those who would give golf a try:
1. Why I often hit fat? The following factors emerge with one another, from time to time, totally at random:
A1:
a. Too stiff is my left hand.
b. Too slow is my hip turning counterclockwise, which hinders the original path of my both hands and arms.
c. My head sways to the right subconsciously to compromise my rigidness of left shoulder and hip rotation.
d. Both my hands, esp. right one, are too active to manipulate the impact.
e. My both hands didn't obey the 'FREE FALL' law, derailing toward the ball and thus leaves the club no space to sweep through properly.
f. Optically, instinctively illusionized to hit the ball with my 'hands', not the club, which causes the derailing from the ordinary hand path toward the ball.
Fix the above 'fat factors', and the chance to hit fat will be fat, not your hit any more!
2. Why I shank or toe?
A2:
a. Front tilting of my torso or head dipping to shank and back tilting or head bobbing to toe.
b. As A1, b., too slow does my hip turn to shank or too agressive is my right hand as a result to derail from the right path toward myself, which makes the toe hit the ball.
c. To shank, as A1, f., I hit the ball with my 'hands'.
After making some testing swings, I found the factors may really cause the most obnoxious shots of golf, fat hit or shank/ toe. And I finally breathe a sigh of great relief, whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer...
