After browsing the whole concept of full swing machenism, knowing the fundamental steps to build up a smooth, powerful, but effortless swing, I would like to, both for me and another Chris, gist up some most vital linkings in between as reminders when making a full swing on the real tee, to simplify the whole procedure for consistant and solid impact, for it is not likely to memorize the whole instructions once again from A to Z in details before hitting a ball, in which most of them should have to be in-built in the motion so well that I can act them out subconsciously. Only by some simple notions as reminders can I help make a 'last' review on the course:

Some MOST CRUCIAL reminders before swinging (right-handed):

1. Check your STANCE: Both hand correctly hold the grip, firm but not tight. Left hand slightly behind the ball, keeping straight, falling down freely. Lower back straight too. Feet spread shoulder wide, slightly bent.

2. Use your LEFT SHOULDER to take the initial move; rotate it, both hands remains PASSIVE.

3. Stay your HEAD AND RIGHT KNEE STILL when taking up the club.

4. Raise your right arm UPWARD when your left shoulder cannot spin further. Your wrists will cock automatically then. Right elbow pointing DOWN. Grip should be as firm.

5. Use your HIP to begin a down swing. Just make both hands FREE FALL. Your right elbow will snug to your right side ribs. Imagine to 'stare at' the ball behind to guarantee your right head position.

6. Follow both hands right under your chin naturally THROUGH the ball as if you want to shake hands with others on your very left side.

7. You torso sould always be in well BLANCE after finishing a swing. This is an evidence that you did the above steps right.

After keeping said 7 reminders of a swing, I will want to build my own 'preshot routine', namely, a routine recheck before I make a swing every time. Everyone's preshot routine can be different, according to one's own needs and weakness to be enhanced. Yet it should be simple and clear, even more than reminders. It can be the most forgettable points I would necglect when swinging, or it is just a list of basic rudiment step I will want to learn for the time being. It can be altered from time to time. And it will be settled and fixed when you become a low-handicapped golfer. Review it each time before you make a swing.

Here is my preshot routine at present:

1. Take a practice swing to relax my both arms, shoulders, and hips.

2. Align the target, ball, and club face.

3. Passive arms and left leg, and use my left shoulder to initiate the swing.

Remember, Chris: As a beginner, ALWAYS hold your urge to hit the ball hard! And we may 'go low' soon!
