deux mains: drill, eastern, clockwise, no wrists. why not counter-clockwise? cuz it then lures the leading hand to have a tendency to casting. 
thora turn: lassi mean south.

pelv turn: dorsi mean south
elbow: ferris, fk the pelv
forearm: drill clws, state 
wrists: nail

aftermath, all you have to do is trail along the wheel 'manually' and enjoy the flight of the bumble ball...
