ἀποπληξία
Apoplexy (from Ancient Greek, meaning 'a striking away') is bleeding within internal organs and the accompanying symptoms. For example, ovarian apoplexy is bleeding in the ovaries. The term formerly referred to what is now called a stroke; nowadays, health care professionals typically specify the type of apoplexy, such as cerebral, ovarian and pituitary apoplexy.
Informally or metaphorically, the term apoplexy is associated with being furious, especially as "apoplectic (extremely and obviously angry)".

Baroque and Rococo architecture were styles that developed in Europe between the 16th and 18th centuries. They both spoke to cultural influences but in different ways. Let's explore the similarities and differences between them.
