1st child : girl, deceased, has some children
2nd child : oldest son, deceased, no children, but adopted 2 girls and 2 boys from the 5th child
3rd child: grandpa of my two children, deceased,married twice, divorced first time, has one son ( my late husband who died in 1986) and one daughter with the first wife, has 4 daughters with the 2nd wife who is still living
4th child : no information, adopted by other family when young
5th child : still living, was adopted by his mother’s brother, hence changed the last name to Huang, he has 4 boys and 4 girls, however, the 2nd child who has no children adopted two boys and two girls from him, so their last name changed back to Lin
6th child : still living, youngest son, has 3 sons and one girl

the 5th child whose last name is Huang, holds all the deeds for the Lin family, according to the 6th child he has been transferring the deeds to his own children in the last 30+ years
the 6th child has been asking his brother ( the 5th child) to give him his shares, but said that he hasn’t gotten any, therefore he asked me to join/ cooperative with him to get rightful inheritance for every heir of Lin family
According to the oldest son of the 5th child, his last name is also Huang, who I met in 2014, stated that the assets of Lin family hasn’t been divided yet
The grandpa of my two children had promised them face to face that he had taken care of their shares, but we didn’t know what shares he indicated
My late husband owned 1/2 of a house in Taiwan, the other 1/2 was owned by the oldest son of the 5th child, (last name is Huang), the cousins of my late husband have been living there for over 30 years
Mr. Huang bought out our 1/2 in 2014 using money from the Lin family, but he stated that he will have to transfer 100% of the ownership of that house to his younger brother’s son per his father’s demand, I don’t know if it’s done yet, the boy was only 13 years old at that time, because the father of that boy was adopted by the 2nd child of Lin family who has no children, so by law he is the heir of Lin family
