Terbinafine HCl
【OLAMI】Lamisil（Lamisil®）250mg/Tab ATC Code：D01BA02
中 文 名 ： 療黴舒錠 «Novartis»
適 應 症 ： 甲癬 (onychomyosis)、髮癬 (tinea capitis)，嚴重且廣泛且經局部治療無效的皮膚黴菌感染。
用法用量： Onychomyosis:
－Fingernails:
250 mg daily given for 6 weeks.
Fingernails infections usually are reevaluated ≧ 18 weeks after completion of
treatment.
－Toenails:
250 mg daily given for 12 weeks.
Some patients who do not respond to the initial 12-week regimen may respond to a
second course. Toenails infections usually are reevaluated 6-9 months after
completion of therapy.
Tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis & cutaneous candidiasis :
125 mg BID or 250 mg QD up to 6 weeks.
Safety and efficacy not established in children < 18 yrs
不良反應： 胃腸障礙、皮膚過敏反應。
交互作用： 1、與 warfarin 並用時，可能會增加出血的危險性，應密切監測 prothrombin time。
2、Rifampicin 會提高本劑之血漿廓清率，因而降低本劑之治療反應。
注意事項： 孕婦、授乳婦、兒童、肝機能障礙患者及 Clcr < 50 mL/min 者，不建議使用本劑。
授 乳 期： 不建議使用。
＊＊全民健保給付規範：Terbinafine（如 Lamisil® Tablet）限
1、手指甲癬及足趾甲癬病例使用，每日 250 mg，手指甲癬最長使用 6 週，足趾甲癬最長使用 12 週，並各在 6 及 12 個月內不得重複使用本品或其他同類品。
2、其他頑固性體癬、股癬、頭癬病例使用，每日 1 次，最長使用 2 週，治療期間不得並用其他同類口服藥品。
