圖形化使用者介面(Graphical User Interface, GUI)設計乃使用者與系統間溝通介面之設計,而其中之使用者經驗(User Experience, UE)設計,係設計GUI過程中,參考許多以人性為導向之重要元素,讓使用者介面(User Interface, UI)設計呈現更佳之直覺性、順應自然互動反應,此應為近幾年來漸受強調的概念。
本研究所欲探討之主要目的如下:
(1)GUI設計產業的導向;
(2)成為GUI設計師所需具備的條件;
(3)與一般平面設計有何不同。
本研究採用紮根理論的田園調查,對象是一位從英國回來的GUI設計師,在台灣有五年設計經驗的深入專訪。資料的搜集與分析過程透過紮根理論的開放編碼、主軸編碼及選擇編碼等三個步驟來進行。
研究結果發現:
一、了解如何成為一位優秀的GUI 設計師;
二、了解GUI的設計流程;
三、了解完整的一套UI設計,須經由團隊合作而得;
四、了解GUI設計加入「使用者經驗」將得到最好的UI設計;
五、了解設計前端規劃應如何與客戶達到共識。
除了田園調查之外,尚應用量表驗證法,以證實GUI設計在「使用者經驗」上確有相關。
身為一位GUI設計師,除了專業性的設計,還需備有敏銳的觀察能力,才能完成最好的設計。

Graphical User Interface (GUI) Design, elaborated by linking up interfaces to design with one between the systems, through which User Experience(UE) is well considered and consults a lot of important elements associated with human nature as well as instinctive response as priority in the course of designing GUI, has also applied User Interface(UI) Design and presents the intuition and press close to the thinking of human nature even thoroughly.
It might be a concept emphasized in recent years. The main purpose which this research institute wants to canvass is as follows:
(1) industries GUI design-oriented;
(2) preconditions for GUI designers;
(3) differences to general planar designs.
This research takes root in the rural area of the theory for surveying, whose target is a GUI designer back from the Great Britain, having extraordinary insight into the design experience for five years in Taiwan. Three steps in the research are taken: collection, open code, and main shaft code of the theory through analytic process, in which code-choosing of the materials may also be carried out. The output of studies is found as follows:
1. understanding of how to become an outstanding GUI designer;
2. finding out about the design procedure of GUI;
3. understanding of the importance of mutual interactions for UI designs, the core of team unity;
4. understanding that GUI will be best optimized when amalgamatedget "user's experience" on UI;
5. understanding that design front be planned to reach the consensus with customers.
In addition, investigations over general fields concerned, application scale-evalutation methods to gain clearer evidence on that GUI has vital relevances to design on aspect of "user's experience" have indeed a lot to do with each other, critically.
As a GUI designer, along with the professional design ability, needs also sharp perceptiveness, to realize his or her ideal design outputs.
