沖泡方式:

instructions for standard brewing:

準備:鑑定杯組、X克的茶葉、計時工具、滾水(完全沸騰中的滾水,可能需要瓦斯爐或電磁爐,讓水保持沸騰狀態)

preparations: sniffing cups, tea leaves x grams, timer, boiling water (need gas or electrowave stove for 100 C consistent boiling state)

1. 熱杯:

1. cup syncrothermomization:

先將滾水倒滿鑑定杯,並稍溢出,蓋上杯蓋,放置約10秒後,將水倒入碗,再將水倒掉,使鑑定杯、杯蓋、碗皆熱燙!

fill all sniff cups with boiling water to spilling, put on a lid for 10 sec, and then refill the bowl as the same step said to keep both cups, lids, and bowls very warm!

(此步驟的目的是不要讓待會兒悶泡時的水溫,因為杯子溫差的關係而降溫)

(for fear the temperature of brewing kit will compromise that of water for tea brewing)

2. 悶泡:

2. seal brewing:

將茶葉Xg置入鑑定杯中,滾水倒滿杯子,蓋上杯蓋,計時Y分鐘!

put tea leaves x grams into sniff cups, pour boiling into the cups, put on the lid back, and then set on the timer for y mins!

3. 倒出並品嚐:

3. taste:

時間到,倒出茶湯至茶碗中,即可品嚐!

take out the tea water from the cups to bowl as the timer beeps, and it is ready to taste!

注意:請熱杯與沖泡的水,皆必須是完全沸騰中的滾水,因為必須要高能量的滾水,才能夠使茶葉完全舒展,使茶葉中的精華完全釋放!

notice: the water for step 1 and 2 needs to be in BOILING state for enough thermo  energy to release the sheer essense and aroma of tea leaves!
