According to the 3-framed comic stripes for composition in 2010 Proficiency Test for Entrance College:
1. Once upon a time, there lived a handsome man named Chris in a small village. He adored a girl, who was considered the most beautiful princess in their neighborhood. Her name was Roinne (若吟). She had big dark eyes and attractive locks of brown hair. Chris never could find a chance to accost his Ms. Right till one day he spotted her on a balcony, looking over the blue sky leisurely. And he took his guitar to her...

Happy Bens Day!
On Ben's birthday, the only words lingering in my mind is the prayer from General MacArthur’s Prayer For His Son, a prayer I believe every father in the world would have the confess desperately to our Heavenly Father simultaneously:
Build me a son, O Lord, who will be strong enough to know when he is weak, and brave enough to face himself when he is afraid; one who will be proud and unbending in honest defeat, and humble and gentle in victory.
Build me a son whose wishes will not take the place of deeds; a son who will know Thee—and that to know himself is the foundation stone of knowledge.

悔過書
God answered immediately my humble and urgent imploring for correcting Ben's attitude toward life. And He responded to me through a rare response of Ben upon what I slurred the day before, Jan. 2, when I responded to Honey, my little cousin, about the gift, a remote control heli her mom sent Ben, along with my improper review over her arithmetic performance.

MP 100
Happy New Year? Well, the only truth that consists in this statement of sarcasm is the occurence of another repetitive chronicle of labour and sorrow. Nothing new, neither seems anything happy, at least not innovative enough to be hailed and exclaimed by some sensational gimmicks such as a 300-second 3D fireworks tangling around Taipei 101. As everyone yells and socializes with stereotyped HNY greetings with each other, I do bear something other than relaxation and peace in my mind, other than happiness and fortune but melancholy and perplexity in the coming 100th anniversary of the foundation of ROC, which I call them MP 100, totally different from the blades accompanying loyally (not Royally and Collectively) me on the course or the chic pair of shiny white Chris bought at the cost of price-worthy 4 grands plus. It is but a jigsaw, a gear that will be too scary to find any heart of oak to manipulate with, for such boulders and the foreseeing consequences will be too heavy for me to shoulder on:
Ben is a lovely kid, and I know this better than any others. However, it would be a big problem to let such a naive lad know the real attitude toward life, a long journey where he has to step onto and take off, demonstrating what God has already made on him and thus expects to see him make the most use of it, his currently still dormant talent and calling, rather than the tedious procrastination and fine art of popping up various legerdemains, only to irritate the elders who would like to discipline the good-looking young boy to be correct. This guy knows nothing but resorts of coziness and sensual enjoyment, surprisingly on the condition that he knows null and void about its counterparts, mental toughness and physical asceticism. Thus I cannot say this new year happy.

人非魜,瑋不萎。
Yes, exactly as amid those mixed files, the Newbery winner, once mentioned, how many people would rather conceive a hope, which is an urge to challenge the prosaic daily life, while they lack of a practical plan? Or, how many people once wondered if the statues and the mummies in the sarcophagi in the Louvre would be gadding around after all the visitors were going home at the midnight? What is the feeling idling about in the Metropolitan Museum alone? This children's bestseller expresses the fascinating world of children's imagination, curiosity, logic, and the courage to delve into an adventure they, like the main characters in this book, Claudia and Jamie, might not even know at how much cost it would take in order to find the final mystery of an angel-like sculpture, which turned out to be chiseled masterly in Bologna by Michelangelo, once owned by a rich old lady, Mrs. Basil. A girl and boy running away from boring family life turned themselves successfully into detectives to put each string of clues together to find the barely-honest answer, or, what the author might really want to say, the truth to every detail in our seemingly normal daily life. Mrs. Konigsburg would rather encourage than implore her readers to discover what's new in the stagnant, tedious routine living, and be scientific and inquisitive about every thing surrounding us.
It's been quite long since I read something really interesting and inspiring last time as 'The Count of Monte Christo', well, maybe not so great since sliced bread, yet undisputedly with briskness and conciseness of this short novel, in my opinion, also along with a noble sense of author's philosophy of life and full disclosure of merits of human beings. Thanks to our English teacher, I finally found another shining bead in plethora of great books worth reading again and again.

Bens Rainbow
I sometimes wonder if there should be anyone that likes the existence of laws, not to mention to be disciplined by packs of laws, strictness and inexorablity of the pursue for the subjective recognition of completion of cultural practice in order the further survival within a tolerable competency of co-residence. I do believe the necessity of such invention, especially in the reign of homo sapiens, through which we know how to behave ourselves right, also at the right place and right timing. Our Father did so, telling His people to make so, to let us know where the criterion lies. And this is called 'wisdom'.
I sincerely hope that Benson, my beloved son, should be aware of the function of laws, the goal of laws, and finally live decently with his own style Father already implanted deeply in his mind, and, if luckily enough, without beholding the restrainings of laws. Therefore, he ought to pertain to his own rainbow first because:

What can be eye-sored for a nine-year-old kid? There would be no more big deal than playing video games with their sore eyes and feel uncomfortable to see afar. So is it to Benson, a clever slyer always full of excuses for begging a merciful 'play-off' of his white hot RPG games. I felt something wrong when noticing him seated in front of the plasma screen nearer and nearer day by day and urged to take him to a local ophthalmologist to have a precise optometry.
And the result was a powerful punch to reciprocate his intrigued plot toward PS2 these days... A total fiasco to prove him wrong.

Slurping Gourmet Johnny
Jefferson, the late President of the United States, once commented: ‘I cannot live without books.’ This is definitely true of him to be described as an elegant literary wonk. However, pure personally, stacks of wisdom scrolls, which will likewise feed our minds on legacies of human golden ages for thousands of years, seemed not to speak louder, a near miss though, than delicacies, which feed me not only with my yearning for gastrological arts but countless memorable schmecks of good times, well, also schnapps sometimes.
Try imagining a full plate of, say, spaghetti, with tomato ground beef sauce covered with warm thick coat of dewing cheese. Churning the sturdy firm and elastic spaghetti noodles, then take a gentle sniff with your eyes closed, and you will suddenly be one of the most exhilarated Venetian crooning sweet melodies of hometown ‘O, sole mio!’. Either gulping or nipping through, you can easily be accosted by the irresistible fragrance of Italian culinary craftsmanship, melted down with the fantastic Lombardia... It opens your timid appetite, and your embrace with this kaleidoscopic world.

找個靠窗的座位坐下,又是一陣清新的暢快。拿出麵包夾蛋,邊看著窗外熙攘;我放鬆全身,隨著公車一起搖擺;
溫柔的起動,像媽媽一樣,充滿安全感;沉穩的煞停,像爸爸一樣,堅定而踏實,這給了我一天所需的精力。

小屏同志
My name is Ya-ping Cheng, living in a fairly big family with three generations. Both my grandparents are optimistic people who love to help others. From dawn till dusk, they serve as volunteer social workers around the shrines in the neighborhood. I learned from them that it is not the matter of age to resolve to help people. Just as the ordinary households, my parents are the most important financial supports of this family, working day and night to earn a more comfortable living for all of us, which makes me realize the significance to study hard, help others, and be appreciative all the time.
I was pretty a nerd who knew nothing about hard working and did poorly in my Basic Proficiency Test in my junior high school days. After the test, following the advice of Dad, I chose Song Shan Vocational High School, Food Processing Department. Within my three years intensive learning, I felt this was certainly not a wrong choice. I attended various contests with zeal such as Creative Sceintific Design (qualified), Skill Contest (15th place). Not gold medal as each time might be, I just learned much knowledge and experience during each contest, which is priceless!

能上心廣去一田八又加
I sometimes wonder if there is anyone who is reluctant to (Reminiscent of some kind of casseroles for supreme delicacy? ^^) take triumphantly success in either their career or personal learning. Also I wonder if there is anyone who has no interest in knowing the key to any successful achievement. Once they know the key to achieving it, they would make it right to the point with the least cost and effort, which is amid the most recommanded values worth one's behold lifetime. It is, the bathing Venus, the foundamental of any engagement as well as the cornerstone of any magnificent construction.
I see students of many types, who reach better performance in their studies, and ones, who contrarily do nothing extraordanary or satisfactory in any of obligatory subjects. The most distinguishing divergence that contributes to the bi-party antithesis is the most oblivious to most parents and students themselves, yet the very truth simply hides herself sometimes cunningly or, even maliciously, for few would pay attention to her or give her the least respect she would deserve. Pity is the prosaic listlessness everywhere in the world investested by countless, buntiful human stamina. Sad is the nonstopping, blind trend should function itself sponsored by Sisyphus Concern. Tragic is such pseudo consistency gradually inevitable, fateful, and till unredeemible. All turns out to be collective destruction, physically or souly, on the Day to come because of not.
I actually met her many years ago. Unfortunately I have yet to know more about her to befriend each other, and I missed the chance. Now I am so lucky to retake my comeback to find her on an island named Manhattan in the sea of worldly sensations. I would this time grasp the last straw desperately to take her in my heart, repent to her, and ask her to join me once again, the last time in a final call, for days for harvests are numbered. Nakata once revealed her statistics to me in a park chatting: be - do - have. Maybe he just slipped it out light-heartedly, but I took it and cherished it never for granted.
What is her name?
