Preamble
The most candid origin of this monthly stenography, documented into series within 50, rather than the hebdomadal miscellanea on the weedend blogging, comes from the initial attempt to making a loyal and faithful campus recording compilations during the coming three years from the aspect of a law school student, devoting wishfully his ego to commitment to a humble servant of his Lord and heir of the modern secular humanism, as well as the national examinations for prosecutors and lawyers, if in case eligible for the demand of Father's Will, so as to raise an example for the waxing junior comers. Therefore will this column be established, which for reasons of Chinese legal strain compositon and temporal practice will be in the formulae of the court trials in bureaucracy, formally and rhetorically, still apparently, with bit sense of pleasantry and satire.

法學院生活緊湊且極富意義
理由
據長年留連某交通公園街友，名不詳，路人稱 ｢吉仔｣ (以下簡稱當事人) ，襤褸至本庭陳述其自中華民國 100年 9 月 13 日起坐臥於大學法學院教室、旁觀學員操課作業及師長授習功課態度方式等主張，而歸納出各家特色、習法方法、與生活態度如下，而願聞本庭所見者：
各家特色：
1. 宏、雄重民法條之細目熟稔與應用，實近權威。其繁複程度，中人至難有所小成，其學乎也智。
2. 偉長省思、辯證，重實例而不泥於傳統法學框架之侷限者；堪為法學應用之啟迪，思維方式新穎，頗敢於挑戰大法官等之通說見解，其行乎也勇。
3. 孟導習法初步，誨而引之、授之、戒之、勉之，旁徵大家言，雖亦敢於挑戰大法官等之通說見解，然信之動之，使當事人有璽法經出，其導引善念實已成良師之行尊，故而謂其心也仁。
4. 見平鋪而緩致，於法理當有細述，娓娓道來，低調而不失力論，柔可見剛，以培生徒等之耐性與細膩，故其言乎也柔。
5. 源語速切，擲地有聲，以國考之訴為學習重點，是以實用而就經世之途，強而礪之，其效也功。
習法方法：
6. 同儕者，理工農醫文史哲，賢德備出八方聚，碩博共濟，蔚然可觀。其舉證問學，頗有見解，而當事人以小學生自評，其來有以。
7. 杰生卓，兄就讀台大法律系者，其作習誠可為例，顯學之基也。
8. 法學如八色彩虹改，炫麗奪目，耀人繽放，亦是有心人之所凴也。
生活態度：
9. 當事人因上述理由，而有奮勵之動機，不年欲申請入耶穌會之想，並為公園而戰、立志不再成為社會冗員等志向，是以為極富意義之尤。
以上理由，係當事人對法學院生活之感受，似為誠實且不失中肯之陳述，本庭心證自難予以駁斥；又因其時常邀同道前來，名亦不翔，路人稱 ｢班尼迪克蛋王｣ 者，屢屢造訪，嘟噥推廣其自製電影云云，日瀆數次不以為膩，為節省司法資源，合先一併裁示，爰認同其評介如主文。
