「泡茶方式」
沖一壺好茶
-沸水潤壺-
以沸水溫壺、溫杯,提高茶器具之溫度以利醒茶。
-茶則入茶-
能將容器底部薄薄鋪平的茶葉量為適當,也可依個人習慣調整。
-醒茶喚香-
將沸水倒入壺內約八分滿,輕搖茶壺後將水倒出,醒茶並帶出風味。
-初品風味-
將沸水沖入壺中,使茶葉充分舒展,等待約70秒即可倒出聞香品嚐。
-再飲甘甜-
再次將沸水沖入壺中,等待約100秒倒出,細品茶韻濃醇回甘之美。
-意猶未盡-
每再多沖一壺,沖泡時間再多增加約20-30秒或延長,品嚐齒頰留香之餘外。茶六杉茶品特選摘採細緻香甘醇之原片茶菁,非常耐泡,請盡情回沖享用至少4~6次。
(水溫依茶種及烘焙程度不同略有差異,建議沖泡方式另可依個人飲茶習慣調整口味方為品茗一大樂趣之一。)

fill boiling water in kettle to 80% full, shake gently then pour out for first stage tea leave rinsing
- 1st brewing
boiling water with tea balls in kettle for 70 seconds then separate

same procedure as above but for 100 seconds
- multiple brewing
extra 20~30 seconds for next brewing till maximum 4~6 rounds
(water temperature and brewing timing vary from species and roasting or individual drinking habits)
